Your planning and menu details will be handled by seasoned Catering Sales Manager, Tara Brooks, who has over three years of experience in event and catering details. And, for those unseen details, your set-up and tear-down technicalities will be handled by fully-trained staff.
Wedding space options One of the best parts of Holiday Inn Cambridge is their ballroom - 3606 square feet of ideal wedding reception territory that can hold up to 300 people, or 250 with a dance floor and special set-up for a head table. The decor is a combination of soft colours, elegant lighting and artistic accents. Because of the ballroom's overall appearance, you could go with or without decorating here. The fee for the ballroom depends on the package and options you decide for your meal and beverage service. Tara Brooks can walk you through options and ideas.
Holiday Inn Cambridge also offers a pre-reception area for your weddings guests. You can choose to have a punch reception outside of the ballroom or in a separate room altogether. Your friends and family can come directly to the reception after the ceremony, giving them a chance to chat, and you some extra time for your wedding party photo shoots.
